Richborough is consulting with members of the local community on proposals for a new residential development on land south of Drayton Road and west of the A4146 in Newton Leys. The proposals, which are still evolving, are currently for a residential development of up to 300 dwellings which will include a range of house types and sizes, together with areas of open space, allotments, children’s play areas, a multi-use games area and natural play trail. It is anticipated that 25% of new homes will be provided as affordable housing which exceeds the current local planning policy requirement.
In terms of responding to this consultation process, please fill in the feedback form. Following the submission of an outline planning application, the application will be subject to a period of statutory consultation on the proposals by Buckinghamshire Council. At that stage, you will have the opportunity to submit your comments on the application to the Council before a decision is made.
